1. What is your turnaround time?
⍣ Lease/listing photos, MLS video and social media reel: 24 hrs (excluding weekends)

⍣ Cinematic video with drone video/pictures, 2D floor plans: 48 hrs and less (excluding weekends)

⍣ We're available on weekends with $50 upcharge.
2. What payment method do you accept?
You’ll receive an invoice by email after your shoot, with a secure option to pay by: Interac e-Transfer . The option is quick, simple, and receipt-ready for your records.
3. How much advance notice do you need for a booking?
We recommend booking at least 2 days in advance to guarantee your preferred time. Booking is quick and simple — you can reserve your spot online in under 2 minutes through our website.
4. What is your service area?
⍣ Areas with no travel fee: Etobicoke, North York, Woodbridge, Vaughan, Mississauga, Brampton, Guelph, Halton Hills, Georgetown, Burlington, Milton, Oakville and Hamilton

⍣ Areas with travel fee ($50): Caledon, Cambridge, Stoney Creek, Markham, Richmondhill, Toronto (Downtown, north and east).
5. Do I need to be there when you arrive at the shoot?
This is up to you. If you are going to be in the video then yes, please try to arrive at the scheduled shoot time. If you are not coming, please let us know EXACTLY how to get inside the property whether that be a lockbox code, door code, hidden key, etc
6. Will the photographer assist in staging or moving furniture?
No, the photographer anticipates that the home will be ready when they arrive. Please take the time to arrive 15 minutes before the the appointment to ensure the home is ready. Turn on all the lights and lamps and lift the blinds if desired. Garbage and recycling bins should also be out of sight. This helps to ensure our prompt scheduling and maintain our competitive prices.
